However, because there is no way to "return" digital products such as downloaded software, any refunds are on the honor system. Unfortunately, some individuals started to abuse our guarantee policy by downloading hundreds of dollars worth of software then immediately asking for a refund. As a result, we now offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Diamond Mind Baseball Game: Version 12 software only. This guarantee DOES NOT apply to season databases and other companion products.
